OK I am posting this for Sheriece because she just bought a betta fish. I really like the betta just setting on my desk and swimming around. So easy to take care of. No special pumps or water treatment except to remove the chlorine and replace water about once a week. They only cost around $3.00 at Walmart. I think I spent around $15.00 total for everything.

that is a gorgeous fish, dad. It's making me want one again.
I can testify that David loves his fish. He is so proud of it only costing $3.00. Cinnamon seems to like it also. Whenever Cinnamon sits on the desk and glares down into the bowl, the fish goes to the bottom and hides.

Maybe the fish stuff only cost 15 bucks but that fancy smacy bowl had to total much more than 15...am i right???
